yeah that's the issue. being 'catchy' i'm not very good at compliance ;) -- also the money is nice to see the figure but also there is something to me regarding the challenge of hitting those numbers they set.. ;)

well, more than anything it's the ticking of boxes i guess. i think i'd feel like it was not worth it when i eventually did it! lol. so yeah, don't know what that is! :)
