Homemade Almond Milk and Almond Flour

This video shows how we make our Homemade Almond Milk and Almond Flour.

Homemade Almond Milk Recipe and Instructions:
Package of Dry raw almonds (plain with no salt or roasting)
Put 1 cup of these raw almonds in a jar and fill with water 1 ½” to 2” above almonds
Soak overnight (8 to 12 hours)
Drain off soaked almond water
Put almond in your blender and add 4 cups of water
Blend up the almonds and water
Then strain into jar using a cloth filter, muslin or cheesecloth
Use within a few days (no preservatives)
Shake before using

Homemade Almond Flour Instructions
Take strained Almond pulp and spread it out on a sheet pan
Put in oven at 150 degrees for about 8 hours to dehydrate or put in your dehydrator
Grind it up in your blender or food processor
