I guess it is all a matter of perception, but dogs are so much cuter than cows or pigs. That alone is what would keep me from eating one over the other. I had heard of stuff like this in the past, but I honestly thought it was something that had gone by the wayside and I didn't realize they were still doing this sort of thing today. Far be it from me to judge the intricacies of a specific culture (for the most part). I am with you though, I don't think I could do it. I probably would have thrown up on the spot had I come across this place. Suddenly I feel the need to leave work and drive home to give Jovi some cuddles.
