What are you using? hehe.. I once updated my graphics card, and that's when all the problem started XD
good note: I can use obs, bad side: the video editor got faulty. Oh well I can't have all the good things in the world
i use OpenShot and OBS... both are glitchy like heck~ aaaaaa
