Art of living <3
Striving towards zero-wasteness does not only concern keeping your close and more remote surroundings neat and waste-free, it is also, if not more importantly, about keeping your inner-space free from hustle and unnecessary worries and information as well. After all it is where all our pre-action thoughts arise, before any action or decision is taken. Therefore, in the name of that precept, I am propagating and disseminating a word about a technique which helps declutter one's mind, purify it and help each and single one live a better life. Better for himself and the others, everywhere: close and aloof, for every human/non-human being to live in the better world. This technique is called Vipassana (based on Buddhist philosophy, but non-sectarian in its principles), universal and good-for-all despite of the religious views or cultural background.
