Happy Birthday Virgos!

Happy birthday to all of the Virgos out there!

My 30th birthday is on August 26th.
I also have to say happy birthday to some magnificent people who share the same birthday.... my best friend(Sam), Mother Teresa, Shirley Manson, Macaulay Culkin, Melissa McCarthy, my ex's mother (Yikes! This tells you a lot about him), and everyone else out there.

Here is a photo of my best friend and I on our birthday two years ago.

My friend Sam and I have been best friends for 11 years now. When we met, we were worked together doing overnights at a shoe store. We were working with about 10 other people but we were the only ones who were not complaining about being tired and we were fast moving and working hard. We bonded quickly and started chatting and taking smoke breaks together. We found out that we had a lot in common. When we left work one day at 8 AM, we went to our cars to go home. I got to my vehicle and... the door didn't open. The keys were not working and I could not figure out why. After 2 minutes of trying, I realized that I was holding keys to a Buick and I had a Hyundai. Sam and I had our keys mixed up because the fobs looked alike and all 7 key chains were exactly the same! My phone rang and it was Sam of course. We went out to breakfast and talked about how weird that was and we have been best friends since. About a year ago I dug into my family history to find out that Sam and I have the same great (times 8) grandfather and that we are from the same place in Norway. This is all bizarre but we share many similarities and maybe birthdays are some crazy connection to others in this mysterious world.

So I am a Virgo. I happen to love most Virgos that I meet. A lot of my friends have a birthday close to mine. They are all bold, motivated, confident and living in their own world. I even notice that famous musicians that I love are also Virgos like Florence Welch, Michael Jackson, Shirley Manson, Beyoncé, and Amy Winehouse.

I also have a lot of friends who are cancer, Libra, Aquarius, Capricorn, Taurus, and Leo. I tend to date Caner, Virgos, and Capricorns. I have dated a lot of Pisces and we have so much passion for and against each other that it NEVER works out and it ends very dramatically. I am currently dating a Capricorn and we balance each other out. He brings me down to earth and I wake him up a little.

This is the only recent photo I have of me... This is what 29 looks like. I can't wait for 30.

After writing this... I have realized that all of my favorite people have red hair... that is very strange.
