Tragic

I had been saving for a year to adopt an animal, but I couldn't decide which pet to get.

So, I went to a shelter. When I got there, I saw a tom cat along with other cats making noise.

Among them, there was a tabby cat that was inside a cage.

It was just looking at me; it didn't meow, just staring at me with its eyes as if it was calling me over. When I asked a volunteer about it, they told me that this is the tabby.

When it was little, it was abandoned because it loved its owner so much. It would always stick to them, going wherever they went, which is why it was left at the shelter.

So, I adopted it at that moment.

I can say that the tabby chose me.
