Very cool. I've never cleaned or cooked any mussels. But I sure do enjoy eating them :D Perhaps if I make a trip to Turkey sometime you can teach me!
Of course, whenever you want! It's better if you come in the summer, but if you came in winter, we'd drink beer and eat frozen mussels. So better to visit in summer, fresh is always better ! ;P
