They pumped VIA coin with a bunch of phished accounts (while the real accounts were holding VIA and VIA 100x in a few minutes - then they sold VIA and sent the bitcoin off the exchange). They got $37 million in BTC. I made a video on it.. let me find the link...
Not Binances fault - people were logging in to a fake binance website and got phished
