Nam Vang noodle soup is a noodle dish made by Vietnamese people who make more shrimp, the first fish sold in Nam Vang, the main ingredient is longan noodles, the main use is minced meat, pigs cooked together. Then add the noodles with broth and then add the raw materials such as shrimp, chives, minced meat and pigs. Raw materials:
Ingredients for Nam Vang noodle soup include dried noodles, ingredients for broth (broth), ingredients for bowl noodles, vegetables. Here is a recipe for Noodles with ingredients and basic rates:

Pigs (about 1.5 kg); shrimp card (1/2 kg); pig liver (300g); pork grind (300g); dried shrimp (about 1 small); dried squid (1 medium size); filtered rice noodles (some people called jujube); cooking oil; 1 garlic; 4 scallions; lemon; cucumber chives; bean sprouts; celery; vegetable cell frequency; sugar, salt, MSG (if you like)

Process of implementation:
Cook broth: Pork bone (if the bone is more clear), boiled water, poured clean.
