    Most of the gadgets from Japan are considered ultramodern and I am looking forward to using one.

  2. ultraviolet

    Due to damages to the ozone layer, we are greatly exposed to excessive ultraviolet radiation and I think it is harmful to us.

  3. ultrasonic

    Dolphins are such a gifted creature. One of their ability is to navigate using ultrasonic echolocation, same with those of submarines.

    Me and my boyfriend decided to move into an ultramodern apartment.

    The sun's ultraviolet rays are very harmful to both skin and eyes.

    The ultrasonic image of the unborn baby brought us a smile on our faces.

  2. Use the sunscreem when you are going out to protect your skin from ultraviolet rays.

My Vocab practice

  1. How many years I have to wait for our city to become ultramodern?
  2. When I was assigned to report about ultraviolet rays, I was smiling because this was explained clearly by our professor before in our communications subject.
  3. Dolphin's navigation using their ultrasonic hearing has been very useful in the way they live.

I've been to Tokyo, and its ultramodern culture blends in with its traditional urban scenery. Quite interesting, and quite otherworldly!
