MY VOCAB PRACTICE:

  2. Solo.
The accomplished guitarist performed a solo in an open crowd near the coliseum of arts.

  3. Solitary.
The temple has stood solitary for decades after it was vacated and abandoned by the monks for their expedition.

  4. Solitude.
One of his hobbies is that he prefers to travel on foot and go hiking on top of the mountain to make and find solitude there where he attained peace of mind.

  5. Soliloquy.
William Shakespeare, the well-known poet, enjoyed writing several soliloquies such as: Macbeth, Hamlet, and Rome & Juliet.

  6. desolate.
The Himalayan Mountain, which is known as the highest mountain in the world, looks desolate despite the fact that it is home to many types of endangered species.
