You only need 24 hours for your voting power to reach 100% (assuming you have 0% and you will not vote within that 24 hours).

EDIT: This is not correct. My guess is... depends on something I have yet to discover.

    Are you sure about that though? - I heard it goes up by only about 20% per day.
