US Open Of Surfing Part One

Every year sometime around the end of July and early August on the South Side of Huntington Beach pier a city emerges. The US Open of surfing is a WSL sanctioned event where the best surfers in the world compete for titles, waves and points.

Hoards of people decend upon the sands many of them woman sporting the latest summer beach fashion. High cut off shorts, butt hugging bikinis, just about nothing. The contest starts on Sunday and ends the following Sunday..
