Issues of man with money... No different on Steemit than in the real world!
So much fight around you for your attention that I guess it's hard to see where it's worth it, where the comments are sincere and upvotes are really because people like what you do...
I sent you 5 SBD the other day as a gesture of thanks for already upvoting something of mine. I found that to be more appropriate than trying to bribe for an upvote.
Noted and understood. I just hope to eventually gain enough momentum to be in a position where I can return these kinds of favors to those like yourself who have the power to help change peoples' lives by doing honest curation.
I might have an idea here. What if we make the payments under 0.1 SBD hidden? That way we won't see much spam.
By the way, good you made the post. I wanted to send you 1000x 0.01 SBD to get your attention.
Just kidding, but we should do something. Make payments under 0.1 invisible
The noobs are making it rain steem bucks and all #berniesanders wants is some well formatted and referenced poetry with a speckling of authentically taken pictures with well placed quips... I feel for ya buddy. I don't think it's too much to ask either. ;)
Even if we promote our posts still no movement though. Most of my Psych posts have not been getting traction. But I do understand about the spam SBD sent, I do like how you made a post about it and put us in our place.
I always wondered how you guys felt about the memos and I kinda felt bad for the people sending you SBD.
Although I am not entirely sold on the Promote feature, since most who are struggling to get noticed do not have a lot of SBD, so I doubt that it would help them since their post will be burried under posts from more successful authors.
Also I have been hearing reports that after you pay to promote your article it may not actually promote it, someone just made a thread about this earlier and their is a bug report.
There is an etiquette on steemit.chat that some are completely unaware of, even minnows have to deal with PM's from strangers. The other day someone PM'd me with his post and then he continuously wrote "Vote!" over and over for about an hour.
@berniesanders First off, thanks for all that you're doing. I get the vibe that you are all business, which I can appreciate.
What advice/suggestions would you have for someone like me who believes in the Steemit community and am interested to use it as a platform to help create abundance for everyone?
What is the best way to communicate with you?
Perhaps you'll want to send me a PM on steemit.chat - I'm serious about changing the world and it's all about teamwork so I'm not looking to message you via steemit.chat or send you SBD's just to get running on the wrong foot.
I see what you're doing here and I hope I see the much larger vision.

Uff, good luck with this!:)

Definitely more appropriate and thank you, but, no need in the future.

Awesome, more information to come on my curation tomorrow!
Hmm cant wait for this.
You are the type of person I will support to whale-dom :) THose who see the value others provide and give back.

could be a great idea.
First Whale(world) Problems LOL. Sucks to be you I guess.
Well, no, it sucks for those wasting their SBD....

I was thinking the same thing )
Heh, I'm not a whale and I get like one or two of them a day too. It's pretty annoying.
Hi Bernie, i can see your wallet and the amount of spam there, I can only imagine what you see in terms of DMs on steemit.chat!
PS. You're a real MVP to me, thank you!

Such a sad problem to have. I guess a vote from you is worth $hundreds. That's power that will attract all sorts.
Does Steemit scale when you have many hundreds (or thousands) of followers? Can your real friends get your attention?

It doesn't really bother me, I just don't want people wasting their SBD.
What is annoying is the constant PM's on steemit.chat. That's also a good way to never get a vote.
