@votu sponsored by @beanz has made an announcement about the banner contest to be used by VOTU. I made one banner, and I hope it is not too late.

I made this using adobe photoshop, after seeing the news about this contest 5 days ago, I started doing it slowly. To be honest, I last used Photoshop six years ago, while still in college, hopefully this is not too bad.
