This is a picture of what we use in making our Nigerian home made food, i know many Nigerian steemians who love to eat this stuffs in their meal and for me guess what i love it cause it is the african culture and it is part of my tradtion @wafrica can testify the amount of food than can be gotten from this my list.

First am going to drop list of friends i know that love this in their meal and also am gonna drop the list of stuff in the image and tell you what they all used for.

So these are the ingredients of a soup? There is way more in it as ours. We just use vegetables, or tomatoes, or mushrooms or chicken.
