Walking through the Afferdense Duinen

Last weekend we had a family weekend in the eastern part of The Netherlands. Our youngest daughter had an international dancing tournament just across the border in Germany, so we decided to stay on a campsite in the area.
Apart from the tournament there was time enough to explore the area. I had brought my bicycle, but because of the rainy weather I couldn't go for a ride. That's why I decided to explore the beautiful Afferdense Duinen next to the campsite on foot. Between the showers I left the campsite and walked straight into the forest. The weather was far from perfect, but that actually made the landscape even more interesting an refreshing
