South Korea VS North Korea

What do you think of two Koreas, South and North?
Actually They were just one country until 1950, but civil war(Korean War) boke out on 25 June, 1950.
The war between two Koreas ended on 27 July 1953, when an armistice was signed. The agreement created the Korean Demilitarized Zone(DMZ) to separate South and North Korea of Korean peninsula and allowed the return of prisoners. However, no peace treaty has been signed, and unfortunately the two Koreas are technically still at war.

Lately There was North Korea nuclear crisis seriously, however the crisis has temporarily stopped as North Korea decides to take part in PyeongChang Olympic winter games.
I am so happy about the North Korea's decision as South Korean, but I wonder what makes the stable peace not temporarily between two Koreas.
