The world reacts to the winter war
Almost universally everyone supported Finland. All the allies supported Finland because it was seen as Soviet expansion through aggression and many thought Soviets would actually join the axis in the future war to come. The axis states also supported Finland quietly because of the future planned invasion of the Soviet Union, actually making deals of what land Finland would be able to keep when the U.S.S.R. collapsed.
In this image you can see the real reason the axis stayed so strangely quiet in not giving support for Russia even though the axis acted like they wanted diplomatic relations with U.S.S.R.
