personally the one i prefered in this demo/training, the one in black. as he always kept participating as learning, not easy, as such the path continue and so the other could too keep improving. a nice exemple of teaching a soft way (even if for most already a semi flexible hit on the armor would be enough).

compare to judo mindset... specially as sport...
