RE: what i reject above all the notion "of globalizing a war on [insert anything]
in the "co-exitence of siding" there is too the respect of the pace of each sides, if you think all things changes, and by not wanting to impose on way (as in china it's plural, so many ways) over those of others, allow a mutual understanding based on something more complex to achieve than most believe : first where this side starts or ends from the other side. sometimes, some regions complex, specially where never marked, with the southern mountain wall : the Himalayas... once that is solved the marking on the ground. everything is in the siding by co-existence become possible, again in solving issue that may arise (like the wild boar so called domesticated escaping to the other side), imagine specially if those of the side it (the boar) came from walks on the ends... :).
the big problem, in some countries, the preachers for the "uno" always seeking a new "global war on [insert something] throuhg "international law", are paid so much, their support and propaganda network so vast from IMF to rMFA, that those type of thinking line, afterall, "just pixels", are even forbidden, by them, ahhh a $magnit shareholder interests always prime, proper state management. difference between a res public, in the clear sense and definition and it, and wannabe state...
historically the mandarins mandate, it's "china" and in steps, the state (the administration) of it, too, part of the mandate of heavens, to have it : stateing, doing the activites of state, and by the existence of said border to be able to define it's reach and duties and problems and solutions. for by with chineses in china for china. (the problem of the feodalism that had to be erased, by the glorious Mao and commrades toward the rejuvenation and modernization, a traditional "great refresh" or updating the whole to the current time in the best available solutions :). under-performance transformed into progressive achievements.
a global res publica, not possible, as among others it erases the difference of the paths and ways of each in their own motions. once you understand what this "ideal" is, and what it does, become quite ugly, beyond it's fell good so "common" "wars on [insert anything]".
then where the "kantian" impressed by the "though" of the leader arrive, as they believe their "aim" "ending all wars", so to do wars on all, to achieve the submission to this "peacefull oness".
again with a proper siding in the basis co-existence, way easier to reach mutual understanding of those concerned. again in a place where no one drinks milk, the story of "illegal" raw milk, makes 0 sense. and inversely as equally where it's used the illegal "substance" the raw milk since the dawn of ages.
so this "unifying" pressure, typic of the evangelicals, you are LIKE US, or you burn to hell, not friendly as it's outside pressure. and not inward evolution, again, the success of a rice field, always attracts at least questions... "how did you do that?" "hmmm, ahh you stopped walking on your hands..., but it's illegal" :)
and if you want the "uno" "path of convergence", through the bending of both, it's too the suffering of both toward the submission to this one.
however, the siding or " path of divergence " allows, like in kung fu school teaching space, the evolution of each, according to itself too. again the mutual learning in fun and good steamer :).
the succession of the blooming flowers of the great steps. entering "flow state" and not the "it's that war now, go go go".
