what i mean it's simply KYC / AML before entry (generally air planes) as such with flexibilty. like you do the "KYC/AML" send some document like the passport, it's "processed by the machines" then you get a right to entry, but not this soviet shit of the day 0 of the expected landing of a flight not even booked... again, not everyone is saudi prince or rMFA vip workers with infinite money...
ex : i want to go ksa in 2026... send data, data cleared, get back a "visa" authorization for entry. then i can look for a ticket for airplane... or at the last minute in 2026 when there is a price drop... again, i know at the rMFA money has no value... it will anyway be replaced by carboncredits as per the OOH vision :)
of course the fringe elements in each society. but those "fringe" elements have right to travel too, and ask to travel, then not okay, okay. but not to end destitute, and ruined (at less big loss) at emigration checkpoint of so called "visa free". funny exemple, there the diplomatic trouble will arise : an exalted kiril : "blah blah blah" and one day : want to see KSA... ahh. maybe not welcomed in ksa, none the less ask for his right to entry, no makah of course, but he want to see other things, get then denied. ahh so he won't spend his money on his flight and hotel and reservation and all.
my problem the reverse to have to have everything before filtering, more the idea to get the "right to entry safely" without having the whole "journey PAID", money matter... as such flexibility, again not everyone is a employe of the rMFA with vacation date fixed in the log book of the rMFA years in advance... maria zakarova vakay date, you better not think... hers.
i would prefer the term of pre-clearing, an authorization to enter on an individual basis...
ex : i can find many... but one i like , a top Djhadi of KSA, real, war against bashar etc... wanting to visit russia, let's say murmansk and northern light, why not... life... djahd not everyday some...
vs arresting him and his family at the immigration office in moscow, as for maybe in the rMFA its' Tearorist" warning in KSA can be a very respectable man, in front of his family not possible...
with the pre-clearing, you can even attach conditions, please no "ak" :)
or etc...
it's safer for all...

anyway...
my fear, after already a long journey, which can be made worst with public theatrics by michael flynnians, the yuge for some sums of money spend (unrefundable) to end up, "DENIED" at the gate...
when it is easier for me, to pre clear in advance (but in soviet style, "day 0 to day last" before knowing anything, the reverse, first wish to visit ksa in 2026) and then get the authorization, the clearing, like 90 days, then be able to find "good deals" :)
i find that way more traveler friendly, that the "gamble" at the immigration booth at the airport...
specially in the case of KSA for those going to the Hadj, there is emotional, add the whole family, and a denial... omg... i prefer not be there.
