Visiting an inner-city artists hub: it's rare to see such clean clear water, I'm sure the fish feel exposed
These are koi though so they should be in clean clear water
Like all good hipster establishments, the plaster was stripped to leave the brickwork exposed, I guess the pumps are inside the mini fake pit-latrines
The sunlight and ripples are quite hypnotic, it's a good place to sit and relax
All gardens should have water features though!

Water sources for the animals at least - give the birds extra reason to come and visit
The interesting thing is that the papyrus can just as easily grow in ordinary soil in a garden as it can grow in water
