Water Purification

in #water7 years ago

Water is inherently pure and capable of conferring purity. Its energetic quality is such that it captures the heavier energies of the vital body as it passes over the skin, relieving the vital channels of their obstructions and allowing the energy to flow freer. It also cleans the body of any residual toxins, oils or secretions that are impure and may attract negative energies to them. There are several different kinds of water:
1. spring water
2. river water
3. rain water
4. lake water
5. well water
6. bath water
7. stagnant water
8. mixed water
Spring water is the purest and has the greatest effect on the vital body. River water is very purifying so long as you are actually immersed in the river itself, whereas spring water can be retrieved from the spring and used later. Rain water is purifying during the rain itself but not if collected and used for later. Lake water is pure in the lake only because it is usually a kind of stagnant water, but due to its size and motion it remains pure in most cases. Well water is pure so long as nothing has rendered it impure such as a corpse of an animal, fungus, bugs, animal droppings, etc. Bath water is pure so long as it has not become mixed with anything else in a way that changes its color, flavor or smell, or so long as nothing impure has touch![]ed it before you. The larger the bath the better. Stagnant water should never be used. Mixed water is any water which, due to a mixture with another substance, has lost some of its traits. Thus if the appearance, texture, smell or flavor of water has been changed then it is no longer considered usable for purification. It is permissible to use a purifying scent such as rose water, lotus or saffron in most traditions.
