Webpage creation

So I've got this brand new idea to make websites on other ideas that other people would provide me. This is how it would work: people like you would come to the website and fill out a simple form in which they would add they'r email, nickname, and a short description of how they imagined the site to be and what to do. It would be fully free and probably there is someone reading this and thinking how dumb I am and what do I gain and why would people do that when they could do it by themseves. And the simple answer is.... I'm bored, have quite some time to do dumb stuff, and I like working with code and sites and all that. So what would the user that provides the idea get? I don't really know.. I think it would be fair if the user is mentioned somewhere and given credit for the idea. Please tell me what you think and if I should go and do it or no.
