    While both O+ and O- are Universal Donors. An O- needs O- blood. So there is more demand for O- blood. It's especially needed for newborn infants with under-developed immune systems. Makes me realize I should be donating some of mine again. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎
