Drugwars, WeedCash, what's next?

I have no idea what WeedCash is as I have just stumbled over it when someone posted it as a hunt in Steemhunt! My limited understanding at the moment is that WeedCash is just like eSteem or Partiko. And just like Partiko, it has its own currency which I have no idea of its value in $$.

Another thing, does this platforms encourage users to post and talks about WEED or can we users use it to post all types of other contents? Just like Steemit?
