That's great ..Fresh mangos are the best. I like the Mango juice from TJ's in the morning. I was on the Pineapple, pretty much ev ery day for breakfast with organic yogurt and hemp seeds until I learned about the Mango (myrcene) thing and now I actually prefer the mango juice, and I believe similar to pineapple, mango also aids in overall digestion.
