I hope we get there but I'm not holding my breath. I've been waiting for someone to build Steem integration in to General Bytes ATM machines but yet to find anyone capable and interested in doing it. Hopefully that changes soon enough!

I agree with you, not much has been done in that direction yet, but I am happy to see so much game and app development around Steem anyway. So hopefully soon, we will get there!
