Sup guys, its Jtfish again, to our old members, welcome back, to our new ones, welcome! This is for the new peeps that just joined our beautiful steemit! So first things first, how steemit works. I'll just explain how to post and etc. etc. So basically, whenever you post somethin, and someone upvotes it, you get cash! But, you wonder, "Hmm, how come post A only has one upvote and Post B has 4 but I get 2cents from post A and 0 cents from post B???" Well, that comes down to your steem power! So, your steem power influences how much money a person gets when you upvote his post. Don't worry! Your money won't get deducted. Lemme give you a example. So lets say there are two posts that you upvote. Post A and Post B. So, you upvote post A first. So, if by upvoting post A, the person who posted post A will get 1 cent, the person who wrote post B will only get 0.5 cents. Pretty much clear? Ok lets move on.

        Next up,  curation rewards. Everytime someone gets a payout, the money that they get Is spilt 50/50 so, one 50 goes to the write. And the other 50 goes to everybody who upvoted. If you are the first to upvote, you'll get more cash!


       Any idea what is Authors reward? "yes timmy jim, absouloutesly correct. It is the 50 that you get.


      Now, when you wan to know how rich you are (rubs hands in anticipation.) Don't look at the account value, look at thesteem power. The more steem power, the richer u are.
