Will Work from Home / Remote Work becomes new norm?

JP Morgan just announced today they will reduce 60% office space, which means there will be more shared seats or open seating. However it doesn’t mean will adopt remote work in the long term, only 10% of the bank's roughly 250,000 worldwide employees are expected to work remote on a full-time basis.

Meanwhile HSBC is also turning more than 1200 staffs in Britain to permanent working from home contracts in order to cut costs.

Let's wait and see if more companies will follow this track in come months.
