Thank you. It seems like it would be difficult for them to regulate. I thought the same thing when they recently said that live streamers will need a broadcasting license to stream form Germany which costs 1500€. This seems like an equally ridiculous law.
There is a german chancellery where I got the informations from. They uploaded a Video on youtube but it's completely in german

yeah, the law is a bit bizarre sometimes....for example it isn´t allowed to own drugs but taking drugs isn´t illegal in Germany :D
