The Diary Game of 30-05-2020: Banana

There are two main sources of banana supplies in Singapore , namely Malaysia & Philippines. While normally Philippines one always looks better presentable , in good packaging and looks nicer. But Banana from Malaysia normally looks uglier.

But me myself prefer to buy banana from Malaysia , due to an experience sharing by one fruit vendor nearby my house. The Banana uncle said Malaysia banana travelled to Singapore by land transport and more organic compared to Philippines. Maybe also due to he's selling banana from Malaysia thus he said so . But to me, banana from Malaysia tastier and sweetier.

One more point the banana uncle share with me , to choose banana , try choose those bunch with yellowish and greenish together as more organic as it should ripe one by one , rather than those using Bio technology to fasten its ripen process.

Banana is called Pisang in Malay, So those with surname shouldn't take English name as Pisa. Later become Pisa Ng then not so good..
