Apologize on behalf of @wherein team. Delegation has been done about 11 hours ago. They should have delegation from both WhereIn and @smt-wherein both accounts. The key owner must have been overlooked as they're having an offline event going on in mainland China. Thanks to @futuremind in alerting me on the incident.

Thank you @dailyke20 for your kind feedback and your apology accepted, Just when I heard from one of the Artists that he was upset not getting his delegated prize I felt myself responsible because I was also a part of the group of people sponsoring and calling for Contest.
