[青椒鸡肉] 学菜随手记
🍉材料:
3-4片蒜、7-8片姜片、3根小青椒、4个琵琶腿、1勺盐、1勺生抽、1勺豆瓣酱以及少许料酒。
1⃣先将准备好的鸡肉弄成块状,放入锅中、加入清水漫过鸡肉、少许料酒倒入,待至起泡沫捞出清洗
2⃣清洗锅后,倒入油起热,放入准备好的蒜和生姜
3⃣加入清洗过的鸡肉,加入准备好的盐、生抽、豆瓣酱以及适量的清水
4⃣最后加入之前准备好的小青椒,炒至均匀,大火收汁即可!最后加点味精,完美出锅
