51假期时，天气炎热，一辆充电中的电动车(电毛驴)引起了一次火灾。现在电动自行车需要备案，会不会不久，这里电动车需要上牌？
其实本市是限电限摩的，但是电动车对于出行有着自身简易方便的优势，使得即使在中心区仍然还有很多人在用，何况郊区。
用来载客也有许多，大家视乎没有抗拒那些不严格按交通规则路上窜行的小工具，不分年龄段仍然有人乘坐。放眼望去，必然看到人行道上行驶着或者机动车道上行驶着。走在路上，不时乎身边突然窜出一辆快速而过。
有些地区没有限制电动车的规定，已经实行上牌管理，广西就是如此。这里没有上牌，没有数据显示现在到底有多少此类型车在城市使用着。
