blochain bloat? EDIT history? historical correctness ("vs. right to be forgotten") ?

1. The Whitepaper talks about bandwidth limits but what about blockchain bloat, when every content and every vote is a Transaction? Will steem be/include a distributed filestystem?
2. Will every post and edit history and every vote i click by mistake and undo all go to the blockchain? (If so what about "the right to be deleted/forgotten" If not, what about historical correctness/verifiability?)
