I was confused because I have not read anywhere in announcement post of season 22 that teacher can also pick less than 4 winners too if he/she wants!
You clearify it more!
Secondly you have also clearified that scoring 9 grade also means that post quality is good so winners should be chosen by spreading your support fairly rather than choosing same winners again and again,just because they are at 10!
