WINTER Nursery, Fla. - An Orange District man was captured Wednesday late evening following an equipped uncontrollable anger occurrence, as indicated by a news discharge from the Colder time of year Nursery Police Division.

Police captured Bertrum Hayes, 30, after a couple revealed he cut them off, undermined them and cut one of their tires with a blade.

The episode occurred close to the Chevron corner store situated at 12890 West Pilgrim Drive, police said.

As per the capture testimony, a couple and their child were in a Jeep Wrangler driving eastward on State Street 50 close to Daniels Street when one more driver in a green Portage Horse cut them off. The couple said the driver of the Colt would persistently accelerate, ram on the brakes and wouldn't permit the couple to pass, the report states.

Examiners said when the couple came to the crossing point of SR-50 and ninth Road, the driver of the Bronco got out of the vehicle with a blade and started hollering at the couple on the traveler side. The couple let police know that their young child was in the front seat and one of them laid over him to shield him from the equipped suspect while the other argued for him to stop.

"The driver of the Colt then, at that point, cut the front traveler tire of the Jeep, got once more into his vehicle, and continued to pivot to travel westward on SR 50,″ police said in an explanation.

Police decided the tag on the Colt was enlisted to Hayes. Officials connected with Hayes at his home, where he was subsequently captured in the wake of being distinguished by the couple at a close by mall.

Hayes was accused of exasperated attack and criminal naughtiness.

Back in 2015, Hayes was captured for one more thought over the top anger occurrence close to the College Road exit on State Street 417. Another driver let officers know that Hayes streaked a firearm at his 8-year-old child. During that case, officers said Hayes conceded he had an issue dealing with his outrage while driving.
