Jingle my bell
When I was a child, we had a bell-shaped ornament that my parents would retrieve from storage during the holidays and hang in a doorway. When the "clapper" of the bell was gently pulled down, it wound the mechanism in a music box (hidden up inside the body of the bell) that played the song "Jingle Bells." While the song plays, the cord is slowly pulled back up inside the bell and re-wound onto the spool.
It was a delightful ornament and everyone in the family liked it!

While cleaning-out a storage area a few months ago, my brother found the box that contained this ornament and a few other holiday decorations. I decided to let my brother keep it, so I took a photo and made a video to remember it by. And all of you dear readers can enjoy the sweet little tune in the short video (00:45). 😊
