Simple Elegance in White & Green
I think this house is quite charming, year round. But, during the holidays, it is especially attractive! There is a lovely wrap-around porch that frames the front and side of the house with white posts, each with a wreath and a red bow. There are a few more decorations not visible in this photo, such as a large wreath on the front door, but I wanted this angle to show the wrap-around porch better. All of the decorations adorning this property are simple, but classy, and together (with the house) make quite an elegant statement!
And, of course, that enormous evergreen tree in front of the house makes quite a statement of its own and accentuates those green wreaths so beautifully! This is a simple 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, not a mansion, but is styled in such a way that makes it worthy of being a "dream home" of sorts. Love the charm of this place!

Beautiful photo and a very interesting story behind it @thekittygirl, and just for general info, I believe that porch is called a Veranda, as our house in Redding has that all the way around it, and the tree in the front is called a cedrus libani, or cedar of lebanon, or a close relative: the cedrus deodara; or and the only other one I could guess that to be would be a blue atlas cedar or cedrus atlantica. ( I know you like these scientific binomials hahaha).
Do they put Christmas lights up at Christmas time? I bet it would really be pretty awesome!
