Witness Update - Main server upgraded to v0.20.6

Witness server upgrade

Last week, the Steem development team released version 0.20.6. The next day we installed the new version on our back-up witness server to test it's stability. Over the weekend the software has proven to run reliably enough for us to switch versions, and we're happy to annouce we are now running v0.20.6 on our main server as of yesterday!

Steem Velocity 0.20.6

This new version is primarily a bug-fix release for the Resource Credits system. Also some tweaks have been applied to the way RC's are handled when validating transactions.
