- What happens if the 17 is no more the 17/19 elected witnesses after the 17/19 disagreed on a certain HF ? ie, at time, n 17 disagreed on an HF. But 3 seconds later, few of the 17 gets pushed to the top 21 or 21+ what would be the next step ?
If at any time after the scheduled hardfork time 17/21 (or more) of the witnesses in the 21 block round are voting in favor of the hardfork, it will occur.
