Someguy123's Witness Price Feed adjusted by 10%

Because of Dan's recent post, and discussion a few days ago by other witnesses who were already doing it, I have adjusted my feed by 10%, and put this into my steemfeed-js script, where it is now enabled by default.

By reducing the price feed by 10%, it allows for up to a ~10% drop of STEEM price during the 7 day exchange before you start to lose out on the 1 SBD = 1 USD smart contract.

This percentage may change over time, depending on how much the market is fluctuating. If the market fluctuates more heavily, this percentage may go up. If it becomes more stable, the percentage may be reduced.
