Does the frequency of reward claims affect the interest on SP?
Does an account with 0.001 STEEM vested as SP receive interest on it?
What is the minimal SP required to receive interest on vests?
If there is such a minimal threshold for receiving interest, and also if this threshold is 0, if there are two accounts above it, with one of them bigger 100 times than the other, will the bigger account receive a higher interest rate?
SP that has been held for 30 days will receive interest, so any SP you aren't claiming will not be "counting" for it's 30 days until you claim it.

Assuming a 100% starting point, do a vote of 50% strength immediately followed by another vote of 50% have the same cumulative effect as a 100% vote?

Is the time delay 3 seconds, or is it more?
I believe that you can only vote for the same post once per block (3 seconds).
This is why I used the word cumulative.
Because I was aware of it.
It was about the effect of 1 vote on the reward pool compared to the effect of 2 votes in 2 different scenarios.
Is it a guarantee that a block is created exactly every 3 seconds?
