Steemit DIP | The Delegation Feature is Now Officially Live
Greetings,
We are pleased to announce to the Steem community that the changes that we have worked on are now live on the official wallet of Steemit Inc,. The changes allow users to delegate and revoke delegations to other users directly from the wallet, in addition to the ability to see outgoing delegations and expiring delegations. As a refresher, you will find below a short summary of all the new features that you should expect when visiting the wallet.
How to Delegate
- Delegating is now as easy and straightforward as it can be. The delegation button was directly added under the Power Down button.
- User can then specify the amount to delegate and the destination.
- All is left is to confirm the operation and that is it.
List of Outgoing Delegations
- The table contains the list of the outgoing delegations. The search function can be used to find users easily.
How to Revoke a Delegation
- Revoking a delegation is a one-step operation. The easy way.
- The delegation tool can also be used to remove a delegation by setting 0 as a value.
List of Expiring Delegations
- The expiration table lists the of delegations that were revoked and when exactly the SP will return to the account.
Overall, the goal of the project was to provide a seamless experience for the Steem community by making sure that the provided changes are as intuitive as possible.
