Well, most of it is correct. The only thing is that the orange listed are mostly under maintainance and shall not be considered inactive, only after a few days have passed. @isnochys, @delegate-lafona and @cryptopassion are definitely active.
@pharesim mentioned that he upgraded to v0.19.10 in this posts which was after the one he resigned so his situation is not clear.
Hope this brought some clarification in the matter :)

Lol I was missing like 6 months :-) slowly started coming back in dec and became active in january.. Hopefully I can correct it before most read it ..
