Not a Witness Update: I am sticking to HF19

I really really do not understand the rush after the chain fork we just had

I already was not a fan of HF20, now even less.

Sure it would be nice to get those extra blocks since a lot of nodes are down. But I will only do so when the consensus is reached for HF20.1, not before!
