My servers are spinning like a pussycat. A red name doesnt mean that the server doesnt run. It isnt just his turn to mine a block i missed one block because the blockchain froze. That would be my first mined block. I have run my servers for months now without witnessing one block i will post pictures tonight with proof how long they are up.
But you've told in the alldutch server that you were not active for a few months, so it's not weird if your name is red there I guess? If you were out for months...
Yes I was not active but the servers were just spinning. I also did a topic about that. But when I was online 24/7 posting etc it was red also. You dont have to be online for the servers (vpsses) to do their job. You will be picked like a lottery when you are picked. The red dissapears and become blue and in the second row comes your virtual place in line. Thats what I understand of it and saw it happen waiting and waiting for my turn. Im happy I didnt install glasfiber and bought servers. But you are right about looking into servers that are offline.
Hi thank you for giving some explenation I can learn a bit from those comments. I am not an expert of course, but I found it a good idea to write about anyway as some people dont even look a second time after voting.. some big changes may have taken place.. I find it interesting to dive in to.. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment and good luck with your servers

Also @greendeliverence is right. He does not have to many votes on his witness. He missed one block and his witness server was not registered by the network. One need to have at least one block signed to be an active witness. The ones that are have not signed at least one block will have as a version 0.0.0 instead of 0.19.5 or 0.19.10, everything else might be considered inactive.
And so you learn a thing every day :) lol
